Talk about your expertise and background. My first Psychic experience was at about 6 years old. It was during a near death experience where I almost drown. I remember thinking I would die, and a very quiet calm came over me and I stopped struggling. It was in that moment of complete silence that I clearly heard the guidance, as to what would save my life. I took that guidance and was able to get myself to safety.
It doesn't have to take a wild or scary experience to bring forth your inner psychic. But it does take quiet and listening.
Throughout the years to come I would hear my inner knowing during times I needed it most. I've been a natural medium since 19 years old, the first experience being my deceased great grandmother coming to me in dreams to help me in my life. Mediumship continued in dreams until I started my Reiki training when they started to come into meditations and sessions.
