Accommodation is not included in the retreat investment.

This allows you to choose the experience that feels best for you, whether that's a beautiful boutique hotel, beachfront resort or private rental.

I'm happy to offer recommendations based on your preferred location, style and budget.

Most days we will have lunch together, but breakfast and some dinners will be sperate. This also gives you flexibility to eat where and how you prefer while you're here.

For some retreat experiences we will naturally eat together, and we'll coordinate those details as we get closer to your arrival!

Playa del Carmen has an incredible range of restaurants, cafés and healthy food options, so you'll have plenty to choose from.

Flights are not included. But I will cover the airport transportation if it's not offered with the accommodation you choose. Many of the hotels offer free transportation from the airport!

You will arrange your own travel to the Riviera Maya, by flying into Cancun International airport. I can help you understand the best area to arrive and stay based on our retreat itinerary. 

Transportation connected specifically to planned retreat activities will be coordinated as part of your experience!

We'll spend meaningful time together every retreat day, but the experience is intentionally designed with spaciousness.

Some days will include deeper training and practice, while others will include healing, adventure, beach time, rest and integration.

I don't want you leaving Mexico feeling like you attended a five-day conference.

I want you to have room to experience what you're learning.

Once your retreat dates are confirmed, you'll receive a simple preparation list.

In general, you'll want comfortable clothing for Reiki training, swimwear, sandals, sun protection, something you feel beautiful and comfortable in for our opening and closing experiences, and anything personal you'd like to use for journaling or ritual.

Your Reiki materials and retreat journal will be provided.

Reiki training can sometimes bring awareness to emotions, patterns or parts of ourselves that are ready to shift.

Because this is a private retreat, there is plenty of room for us to slow down, talk, integrate and adjust the experience when necessary.

You never need to push yourself simply because something is on the itinerary.

Your experience doesn't end when you leave Mexico.

Once you've returned home and had some time to settle back into your life, we'll meet again for a private integration session.

This gives us space to talk about what has shifted since the retreat, what you're noticing in your Reiki practice, any questions that have come up and how the work is beginning to integrate into your everyday life.

We'll also look at where you feel called to go next.

For some people, Reiki I + II becomes a beautiful personal healing practice. For others, it opens the door to an entirely new path.

You may decide you want to continue into Reiki Level III, deepen your intuitive and healing abilities, learn to access the Akashic Records, or explore a longer-term mentorship through The Apprenticeship, where we can continue developing the areas you're most drawn to.

There is no predetermined next step you need to take.

Part of this retreat is discovering what opens in you when you actually begin doing the work.

We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you're curious about and where you want to go from there.

My intention is that you don't simply return home with two certifications.

You return home with a relationship to Reiki, a deeper trust in yourself and a clear understanding of how you can continue developing your gifts for as long and as deeply as you choose.
