Do I need experience?
No. This is the beginning. You’re not supposed to know yet. You’re here to learn.

Is this “just Reiki”?
Reiki is the foundation and you will be attuned. But this is my full Art & Science approach—nervous system + energy mastery + real protocols.

What if I’m sensitive / anxious / overwhelmed?
Then you’re exactly who this supports. We do this in a grounded way, and you’re always in choice.

Will I be able to heal others after Level 1?
You’ll be able to work with Reiki and energy safely and confidently—and you’ll start practicing and using it on yourself and your immediate surroundings. If you want to go deeper into distance work, practicing on clients + advanced techniques, that’s Level 2.
