Nestled in the heart of Costa Rica's Guanacaste Region, in the quaint town of Potrero, the Pura Vida Portal Retreat is more than just a trip; it's a portal to your inner power and the gateway to flowing into the next level of your being.
The boutique mini resort is a private sanctuary surrounded by lush trees and vegetation where exotic birds and monkeys reside. A seven minute walk down the road brings you right to the beach, and the most breath taking sunsets you've ever seen! We have found the perfect place to hold space for you and your soul expansion.
During our time together we will flow through activations, guided journeys, heart openings, healing energy transmissions, embodiment exercises, breath work, and body movement, to bring you in touch with the core of yourself. Where she/they can be nurtured, seen, heard, and supported. All of this is to say, when you choose to walk through this portal, you'll emerge a whole new elevated, you.
The timing of this portal was chosen very intentionally. The astrology of this retreat is strong in personal focus and transformation. Be prepared to dive deep, and move into the core of your be-ing, sussing out the unconscious patterns keeping your greatness at arms length. Maria is a Certified Jay Shetty Life & Success Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and Educator. Beyond being your guide, she's your ally and trusted advisor on your path to joy, healing, and fulfillment. Maria's mission is to help women worldwide access their inner wisdom, embrace their feminine energy, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves.
She firmly believes that as women tap into their innate inner power, they're able to make conscious choices that align seamlessly with their bodies, values, and aspirations. Join Maria on your path of self-discovery, empowerment, and holistic well-being as you navigate life, relationships, careers, and parenting.
Vanessa J Love
Vanessa J Love is a natural born Healer and Psychic Medium receiving these gifts from both sides of her family. By the blood of her Indigenous Mexican family, she has been channeling her Shamanic Medicine Men who guide her in her healing sessions. From the Prussian side of her mother's family she inherited the abilities of clairvoyance, mediumship, and connection to the many lives of her ancestors who were sorceresses' and herbal healers.
She has been studying all things Metaphysical since 2008, and is a Reiki Master Teacher, Hatha Yoga Instructor, Medical Qigong Practitioner, Akashic Records reader, budding Astrologer, forever student and Loving Mother.
She currently uses all of her gifts to connect to others who know that time space reality is something pliable, and want to explore all the possibilities available to them in the quantum field! This means, choosing to create the life you love and LIVE it! On purpose, everyday!

- Mid-afternoon to evening. Private sunset cruise in the Pacific Ocean with dinner, dancing, snorkeling, and swimming. It's time to play and have fun!
Day Three - Solar

- A Morning Embodiment Practice led by Maria to help you prepare the body to receive the Energetic Power Codes by Vanessa

Day Five - Throat
The Power of Expression
- 1.5 hours of morning workshop (chanting, breath work, meditation, movement)
- Opening up our throat chakra
- Learning how to develop your inner mentor/voice
- Celebrating the divine feminine
You will have the rest of the day to explore and enjoy Costa Rica!
Day Six - Intuition
Third Eye Activation
- Morning embodiment practices, Meditation, and activation to awaken the 3rd eye
- Guests will have most of the day to explore Costa Rica
- Early evening we will have a closing ceremony
- Followed by a special dinner with DJiva, with dance party. (Bring a special outfit for this night of fun and celebration)
Day Seven - Crown
Integration
- Morning yoga and group Reiki for integration
- Connect with Costa Rica's golden thread journey and activation
