Carry the Sea Home is a virtual retreat — a full, immersive healing container you can enter from anywhere in the world. Ninety minutes of distance Reiki and intuitive healing where you simply rest and receive, followed by a Tarot or Lenormand reading that names what surfaced and maps what's next. I live on the Caribbean coast of the Yucatán — on land that has been sacred for thousands of years. I swim in cenotes. I sit with the jungle. I work with the energy of a place that the Maya understood was a portal between worlds.

I built Salt & Spirit retreats so people could come here and do the deep work in this container.

I've been doing this work for 18 years. I live on the Caribbean coast of the Yucatán — not because it's beautiful (though it is), but because this land is a portal, and I do my best work from portals.

I work with women who know something in them is shifting but need a witness, a guide, and someone who can read the field clearly when they can't. I'm a Reiki master, an intuitive, and a reader who takes this work seriously enough to have made it my entire life.

Does distance Reiki really work?+
Yes. The field doesn't observe the rules of physical space — it never has. Quantum physics is catching up to what energy workers have known for centuries. I've done some of the most profound sessions of my career across oceans. The distance is not the obstacle.
How do I prepare for my session?+
Everything you need arrives in your preparation ritual, sent 48 hours before we begin. In short: rest somewhere comfortable, keep your phone on silent, and simply receive. Your only job is to be open.
How quickly can I book after purchasing?+
Immediately. Your welcome email arrives within minutes of purchase and includes a link to my booking calendar. Sessions are available within the coming weeks — book the time that feels right for you.
What's different about this versus a regular Reiki session?+
This is a full immersive container, not a single service. You're receiving Reiki, an intuitive reading, a ritual guide, and a week of integration support — all designed to work together. It's the Salt & Spirit experience, distilled for distance.
Is this a pathway to the full in-person retreat?+
It can be, yes. Many people use this as a first step — to experience the work, feel the container, and then come to Playa when the timing is right. I have 3 long weekend spots before I leave in July, and again in September and October. If you feel the pull, we'll talk.
What's your refund policy?+
Because of the preparation involved on my end, this offer is non-refundable once the session is scheduled. If something comes up before you schedule, please reach out — I'll always find a way to make it work.

What is Salt & Spirit?

Salt & Spirit is my healing practice based on the Caribbean coast of the Yucatán — a place I chose because this land is sacred, ancient, and alive in ways that change people. In person, I host intimate retreats where women come to Playa del Carmen for deep healing immersions: cenotes, ceremonial cacao, Reiki, readings, and the particular medicine of this particular land.

Carry the Sea Home was created for the women who feel the pull but can't get here yet. If you ever want the full experience — I have three long weekend spots in Playa del Carmen before I leave in July, and I'll be back for retreats in September and October.
