Generational Healing Codes is a private, one-on-one journey where we explore what you’ve been carrying, the patterns you’re ready to move beyond, and who you get to become when you have more room to choose.

Where this work began

During meditation, I was shown a giant tree. Its branches represented our immediate families, and its trunk and roots represented the generations who came before us.

For me, that vision became a way of understanding our connection to our lineage: the gifts, wisdom, and strength we inherit, alongside the beliefs and ways of being we learn to carry.

What did your family teach you about love? About money? About being safe, being seen, or putting yourself first?

Some of those lessons may have helped the people before you get through incredibly difficult lives. You may still be living by them, even when they no longer fit the life you want.

You can love where you come from and give yourself permission to live differently.

What we’ll do together

Drawing on nearly 20 years of professional healing work, I bring intuitive guidance, personalized Generational Healing Codes, and deep energy work into a space where you can explore what’s ready to change.

There’s room for your story, your emotions, your questions, and the parts of you that are tired of having to hold it all together.

Together, we’ll work toward:

• Recognizing the patterns beneath the repetition in your relationships, money, self-worth, and everyday choices.

• Exploring and releasing what feels ready to shift, with support for the emotions and realizations that may come up.

• Reconnecting with your own inner guidance, so you can hear what you want and trust yourself to act on it.

• Practicing new ways of receiving, choosing, and setting boundaries in your actual life.

• Honoring the gifts of your lineage while making space to do things your way.

I love the magick of this work. I also care about what happens afterward—when you have the conversation, make the decision, or notice that you’re responding differently to something that used to pull you right back in.

That’s why integration is part of the experience.

Your private healing journey

You’ll receive eight 75-minute sessions via Zoom, ideally scheduled every other week so you have time to process, notice what’s changing, and bring what comes up into our next session.

Each session is personalized to you. We make space for what you’re experiencing and move at a pace that respects where you are.
