In 2008 I was newly divorced, starting over, totally lost, feeling like I was meant for great things, but I didn't know exactly what or how I was going to find it.

My psychic abilities started to bloom even more, and the things I was feeling and experiencing with what I would later learn was actually connecting to other peoples energy, began to happen more and more. I had NO IDEA what to do with all of this.  Not only that, I was starting to experience my Saturn return at the same time! I was struggling financially as the great recession was happening as well. I was clueless as to what direction to go in.

I remember those days, sitting on the floor of my cottage on the lake in Wauconda IL, SOBBING. Begging my Great Grandmother, who I had always known was with me at all times, to help me. To show me the way. To lead me in the right direction of what I should do. I was so alone and felt hopeless.

And then, when I least expected it, I got my answer... It came out of nowhere, during a class I was assisting with for the Organic skincare line I used to work for. The International teacher I was assisting, right in the middle of the day, used her hands to release a migraine from one of the students, right in front of me! Right before my eyes I witnessed this woman do what I perceived as Magick!! The person with the migraine was IN SHOCK that it was gone, so was I. And THAT'S when I KNEW!! I WANTED TO DO THAT!! Full body YES!!!!!

What happened next was completely Divine. As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the teacher appears. I had been attending yoga classes at the time and followed my intuition to ask my teacher if she knew where I could learn something called, Reiki. In my quick googling of energy work, that modality had kept coming up in the search. Some of the language they used in describing it, like Chakras and energy pathways, I had heard my her use as well. I asked her if she knew anything about it, or where I could take a class and learn. Her mouth dropped open...she told me that she had JUST received her Reiki Master Teachers Certification THAT past weekend!! We laughed, and she said, well, I guess you're my first student!

THIS IS HOW MANIFESTATION WORKS!! She was looking for me just as much as I was looking for her, I followed my intuitive instinct to ask her, and we BOTH got what we were looking for. I followed the Reiki path with her for three years. It was THE turning point in my life. I didn't know it then, but it was the PORTAL to becoming and embracing WHO I REALLY AM.

Now, everything is energy... and I thought, well if I can alter energy to enhance and promote healing within someones body, why can't I do that on anything external, since we're all one anyway?? And THAT'S when my unique from of Energy Magick was born. It's the way, the path, the formula, I have come to develop over the 13 magical years I've been practicing. And NOTHING in this world brings me more JOY, than sharing this knowledge with others.

It's absolutely LIFE CHANGING. Say yes to this, and then draw a line in the sand. Take the step over and note the day and year, because I guarantee that you will look back at taking the step over that line, that threshold, and KNOW that's when you're life changed so magnificently.

Right after I got my Reiki Master Teachers Certification in 2011, I have been teaching non stop. I became the resident Reiki Teacher at Allyu Spa in Chicago for 7 years, bringing Reiki into the mainstream in Chicago in 2012, I have taught and attuned 100's of people through the years.
