A Private 5-Day Reiki Immersion in the Riviera Maya

Five days in Mexico devoted entirely to learning Reiki, developing your relationship with energy, receiving healing, reconnecting with yourself and experiencing the beauty of the Riviera Maya.

This isn't simply a Reiki certification.

It's an immersion.

You'll receive both your Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II training, attunements and certifications, while having the rare opportunity to learn privately with a Reiki Master Teacher beside you throughout the experience.

Day 1 - Arrive & Recieve

Coming Home to Yourself

We begin slowly.

After settling in, we'll meet for a private opening session devoted to where you are now, what brought you here and what you want these five days to open within you.

We'll explore your intentions, your relationship with your intuition and energy, the places you're ready to grow and anything you feel ready to leave behind.

Then your only job is to receive.

You'll experience a private healing session combining Reiki, intuitive energy work and restorative touch, allowing your body and nervous system to settle before we begin the deeper teaching.

There will be plenty of spacious time afterward to rest, journal, swim, walk the beach or simply enjoy being in Mexico.

We'll close our first day with a beautiful intention ritual beside the Caribbean.

 

Day 2 - Reiki I

Remembering the Intelligence in Your Hands

Today you begin your Reiki training and receive your Reiki Level I attunement.

We'll explore the foundations of Reiki and energetic healing, including:

  • What Reiki is and how it works
  • Understanding and sensing energy
  • The chakra system and energetic anatomy
  • Self-Reiki
  • Reiki hand positions
  • Giving Reiki to another person
  • Energetic boundaries
  • Grounding and clearing
  • Developing trust in what you feel
  • Creating your own Reiki practice

But this isn't simply about memorizing where your hands are supposed to go.

I want you to begin learning to listen to energy.

Because we're working privately, I'll be able to guide you while you practice—helping you recognize what you're sensing, where your intuition is directing you and how energy communicates through your own body.

You'll receive your Level I attunement and begin practicing immediately.

Day 3 - Explore & Play

Joy Is Part of the Work

Today there is no class.

We're going to experience Mexico.

Depending on the experience we choose together, we'll spend the day exploring somewhere beautiful such as Xel-Há, Cozumel or another Riviera Maya adventure.

We might snorkel in crystal-clear Caribbean water, float through natural rivers, explore the island of Cozumel, swim, eat something delicious, wander somewhere beautiful and simply enjoy being alive.

This day is deliberately placed between Reiki I and Reiki II.

You've already opened something energetically.

Now you get to let it breathe.

There is nothing you need to accomplish today.

Swim, Laugh, Explore, Rest.

Let yourself receive the experience.

Because healing and spiritual growth aren't supposed to mean endlessly working on yourself.

Sometimes expansion looks like joy.

 

Day 4 - Reiki II

Deepening the Current

Today we return to Reiki and take your practice deeper.

You'll receive your Reiki Level II training and attunement and begin working with Reiki at another level.

We'll explore:

  • The Reiki Level II symbols
  • How and when to work with the symbols
  • Distance Reiki
  • Working beyond the physical body
  • Mental and emotional Reiki
  • Deepening intuitive awareness during sessions
  • Strengthening your relationship with energetic information
  • Holding space for others
  • Integrating Reiki into your own life and, if you choose, your work

 

You'll have the opportunity to practice what you're learning with me beside you, ask questions in real time and develop a way of working that feels natural rather than rigid.

This is one of the greatest advantages of learning Reiki inside a private immersion.

You aren't simply learning the curriculum. You're learning how you work with Reiki.

And by the end of the day, you will have completed both your Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II initiations.

The evening is left open for rest, beach time and integration.

Day 5 - Sacred Water & Integration

Crossing the Threshold

Our final day begins at one of the Riviera Maya's most extraordinary natural spaces: a cenote.

Together we'll create a private water ritual around three questions:

What am I leaving behind?

What am I choosing now?

Who am I becoming?

We'll work with intention, Reiki, prayer, energy and the symbolism of entering the water and emerging again.

This isn't about performing a traditional ceremony that doesn't belong to us.

It's about creating a deeply personal ritual around everything you've experienced during these five days.

The water becomes the threshold.

Release. Immersion. Emergence.

Afterward, we'll have time to eat, rest and integrate before meeting one final time.

During our closing session, we'll reflect on what you've learned, what shifted, what surprised you and how you want Reiki to live within your life when you return home.

Together we'll create a simple personal practice so that you continue working with Reiki rather than allowing the experience to become something that happened once in Mexico.

You'll leave with your certifications.

You'll leave knowing how to practice Reiki on yourself and others.

But more importantly, my intention is that you leave trusting yourself differently.

More connected to your body.

More aware of energy.

More confident in what you're sensing.

And knowing that you now have a healing practice you can return to for the rest of your life.

This is my favorite way to describe what happens during Reiki classes! It's a defining time in your life. You will look back and see that when you learned Reiki, that was a line in the sand moment in your life. When everything shifted and became more aligned.

Most importantly, this experience is private.

There is no group curriculum you need to fit yourself into.

I will meet you where you are, follow what begins opening while you're here and allow the experience to evolve around what you actually need.

If something opens that we need to explore more deeply, we can.

If you need additional practice, healing or integration on a particular day, we have the freedom to change the plan.
